Moshe Shemtov, Esq. is a dedicated trial attorney with a deep commitment to representing truth in the legal field. With years of experience in personal injury law and a valuable clerkship under the Hon. Judge Leon Ruchelsman of the New York State Supreme Court, Moshe brings a unique perspective to his practice.
Moshe graduated summa cum laude from Excelsior University and earned his law degree, cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he also received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the top-ranked Strauss Institute. Moshe also served as Business Editor of the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law, and earned multiple CALI awards (the highest grade in his class), including for Mediation and Corporations.
A member of CAALA and the Iranian American Bar Association, Moshe is committed to justice and has secured significant settlements, including a $1.5 million auto accident case. His dedication to pro bono work reflects his belief that every client deserves to be heard.
Inspired by his past as an elementary school teacher, Moshe approaches law with discipline and purpose. Outside the courtroom, Moshe enjoys skateboarding with his dog, surfing, and backpacking, having traveled to 30+ countries.
